Bridge

The UI runs in Electron’s renderer and reaches core only through the bridge.

IPC API

src/preload/ exposes one typed API as window.mb; src/main/index.ts answers it. The same API is meant to run over HTTP in a later server mode.

Protocol mb://

Files reach the renderer through a custom protocol, so HTML, images and PDFs load like from a web server:

HTML files are shown in a sandboxed frame.
